These terms apply when you shop with Design Preowned ApS (“DPO”, “we”, “us”), in-store or online.
2. Orders & Agreement
An order is binding once you receive an order confirmation from us. Prices are stated in kr and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
3. Payment
Payment must be made before delivery unless otherwise agreed. For late payments, we may charge interest according to Danish law.
4. Delivery
- Delivery is from our warehouse in Nordhavn unless otherwise agreed.
- We use trusted carriers and will inform you about shipping costs and times before you confirm your order.
- Delivery is at door step and unpacking is not included unless specifically agreed.
5. Returns & Cancellations
- Webshop orders: You have 14 days right of withdrawal under Danish consumer law. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty.
- In-store purchases: No right of withdrawal unless otherwise agreed.
- Custom orders or items made specifically for you cannot be returned.
6. Warranty
We provide a 2-year warranty under Danish Sale of Goods Act. This covers manufacturing defects but not wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer.
7. Complaints
If you wish to make a complaint, contact us at info@designpreowned.com. You may also submit a complaint to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority via www.forbrug.dk.
8. Retenttion of Title
All goods remain the property of DPO until paid in full.
9. Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, delays, or damages beyond what is covered by Danish consumer law and the warranty stated above.
10. Force Majure
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by events outside our control (e.g. strikes, pandemics, natural disasters).
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All agreements are governed by Danish law. Disputes will be handled by the Court of Copenhagen
